Already found a tenant? Our Rent Collection service includes handling all rent and deposit collection, rent and deposit statements and property inspection reports. Full management from 10%.
Fully Managed Holiday Cottages & Holiday Cover
Sit back & relax. Our Fully Managed service covers holiday room management, holiday room marketing, maintenance management, and income collection. Holiday cover for cottages from £150 per week.

From individual properties to an entire portfolio of managed properties, let us handle it all, allowing you to be truly hands-off and enjoy the passive income that owning holiday cottages can bring. Our holiday cottage management services include weekly phone updates and quarterly emails, so you can be involved as much (or as little) as you like, even with rent collection for your Airbnb properties.
